 After months of researching and planning, construction is finally underway for the workshop! At the beginning of the month, the excavator broke ground for an 18'x26' building and a couple weeks later we had the concrete foundation and pad poured. Over the past couple of weeks, Tim has been working hard in his “spare” time to start framing the walls and has had some friends give him a hand to lift them into place. Things are coming along well and we should be on track to get things closed in before the weather gets too bad. This workshop is a big step towards the beginning of the Blue Collar Cooperative and all that this community workshop will become!
We have saved and worked towards raising the funds to get this small business off the ground but we still need to raise more funds to bring it to conclusion.
